RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES The following rules shall be observed by all persons attending Earindae Academy:
- Drugs and alcohol. Possession of any regulated drug without a doctor’s prescription and/or alcoholic beverages on the grounds is forbidden. At no time shall any student be found to have an odor of intoxicating beverages on his/her breath. Failure to abide by this rule may result in expulsion.
- Attendance. Each student shall notify the class supervisor if it is necessary to be absent for any reason from the scheduled classes. Certificates may be withheld for students missing areas of instruction.
- Curfew. All students must report to their dormatories by 10:00pm unless they are attending an academic event for which they are required to stay out beyond curfew. No loitering after 10:00pm.
- Dormitory Rooms. Cleanliness of dormitory rooms shall be the responsibility of each individual student. Food and drinks shall not be kept in dormatory rooms. No mixed genders in the dormatories at any time. Ladies must report to the women's dorms, and gentlemen must report to the men's dorms.
- Sex and Public Display of Affection. Students may not have sexual intercourse, or participate in any sexual relations on campus. Inappropriate public display of affection is prohibited.
- Harassment. Any form of harassment is forbidden.
- Gambling. Any form of gambling is prohibited.
- Loudness and profanity. Students shall not engage in loud noises in the hallways and shall not use vulgar or unprofessional language or behavior.
- Smoking. Smoking and tobacco products are prohibited at the academy.
- Weapons and Violence. Weapons of any kind are not allowed at the academy, and vulgar behavior is prohibited. Students may not threaten or cause harm to another student.
The rules and regulations of Earindae Academy are subject to change at any time without immediate additions, deletions, or edits to the student manual section. Additions, deletions, or edits can be made in writing utilizing memos, letters, etc. The academy reserves the right to make these changes as necessary for the benefit of the students.
